@imajazzbandnerd It’s common to have different levels of tightness or flexibility on each side of the body, but yah, you should try to balance them out. Don’t stretch to the point of pain!
im 11 turning 12 and if i do the whole entire bootcamp workouts for the summer and try to eat right do you know how much pounds i would lose and will i see resluts everyday by one workout if your just a kid

How does this workout/what exercises in it work the inner thighs?
whenever i stretch my right leg (such as with the stretches at the end) my hip flexor hurts too much for me to stretch it, but the left one is fine. is this just because i need to stretch it more often?
I do 4-5 workouts per day, and i wrote a comment on day 1 and 2 that I lost 50lb with this workouts and ofcourse eating right!
It’s OK to do more than one of these in a day, but if you do, you’ll need to rest from these workouts the next day.
is it okay to do all 5 workouts everyday?
It’s a month-long workout plan where you exercise daily for 4 weeks. It’s designed so that you work different muscles each day so rest for those specific muscles is built in.
why did you wait until the last minute?
should we have a day of rest somewhere in between these workouts or should we rest on day 8?
that felt good
i use these exercises but i also do my regular workout inbetween days i do these quick workouts, dnt forget to walk atleast 30 mins a day also i m going to invest in a treadmill because i just dnt have time to get my walking in. Talk about single mom with 2 kids work and school. Also just eating a salad instead of your regular sides with dinners makes a huge difference and dnt forget to drink lots of water! I’m doing a combination of this Swimsuit Bootcamp 7-day workouts and the New You bootcamp 7-day workout, then I do 30-60 minutes of cardio and I’m seeing results. I like the small, manageable workouts here
i sweated all over after finishing the first 4 i had 2 wait for almost half an hour to not feel stinky
well i have 4 days till i go on vacation. i’m really screwed.

Ive been doing it for 3 days and im seeing/ Feeling Results..
It depends on how much you do it and how much body fat is already on you to get outward results. I do three sparkpeople workouts for my legs alone 5 days a week and I saw results within a week to two weeks.
I do 4 of the 7 days every day and I’ve seen great results. Doing just one day at a time isn’t enough of a work out.
it takes about a month or 6 weeks for the effects to become noticeable, but in order to keep that body u need to stay consistent in working out

i understand you do it for 7days a week, but how many weeks do you do it for (for it to show effects) ???????
