(quads, hamstrings, inner thighs and outer thighs). Work out with this video anywhere, without any equipment! For a longer workout, simply repeat the video.

this is to tone arms right??not to make them bigger,,
how long till i see results?? cant wait! XD
Alternatives to dumbbells (within reason and being careful) would be water bottles, canned goods, other household objects.
Yep, it’s just fine that way.
if I do days 1-7 at once and then give my body one day of rest in between, is that alright? o.O I see no reason why it shouldn’t be but…I’m obviously no expert.
instead of dumbbells, I used shopping bags full of all the cute stuff I buy, and being a heavy shopper and a super girly girl who loves accessories, that’s a LOT of weight
it totally worked for me!! thanks Nicole!!
hello is there any alternative to dumb bells?? Can I work without dumb bells???
thanks for all your videos! How much calories can you burn if you do these cardio exercises?
thanks!! nicole! and sparkpeople ^^
i love this boot camp in particular because it includes every part of the body. i really need to tone up my arms and thighs, as well as slim my hips and this works very well
i also am dieting .

heyy if i do one of hese workouts everyday will i see any results??
Thanks so much.
Great moves. Thanks, coach Nicole! I love you.
Awesome workout. That last exercise really got my arms burning.
or you could fill the bottle with mud! a 0.5 liter bottle would weigh 1 kg
I heart SP!
it doesnt matter “Nichole” or “Nicole” who cares man
lol
Great idea, letmeloveyou03!
if you dont have dumbells but a waterbottle fiull of water isnt enough for you i suggest finding some old pennies and nickels and fillings as much of a water bottle with them and with water as u can
soup cans work well for a lighter set. Theyre about 3/4 pound and a good size for smaller hands. If you have bigger hands, you could try fruit or vegetable cans (size 202).
